The Postpartum Health Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms and disorders and providing support and treatment referrals to women and their families. Dr. Court is a member of the Postpartum Health Alliance.

The APA is an organization of psychiatrists working together to ensure humane care and effective treatment for all persons with mental illness. It is the voice and conscience of modern psychiatry. Dr. Court is a member of the APA.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization established in 1987. Its mission is to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. AFSP achieves this by funding scientific research, educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention, advocating for public policies, and supporting survivors of suicide loss.
